Thomas MacArthur Thomas MacArthur is Chairman of the Board of York Insurance Services Group, Inc. and has been since 2002. Previously, he also served as President and CEO of York from 1999 to 2009. He has worked in the insurance industry for 28 years and has held senior executive positions with one of the world’s largest insurers. He has managed property, casualty and workers’ compensation operations, as well as specialty environmental, catastrophe and surveillance companies. Mr. MacArthur is a graduate of Hofstra University and holds CCLA and AIC designations.

Stephen Berger Mr. Berger is one of the founders of Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC and was a general partner of its predecessor firm, Odyssey Partners, from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Berger currently also serves on the Board of Directors of Dayton Superior Corporation and of Pro Mach, Inc. Prior to joining Odyssey Partners in 1993, Mr. Berger was Executive Vice President of GE Capital Corporation (1990-1993) where he was responsible for a diverse portfolio of operating companies, as well as for GE Capital's lending and private equity activities. Mr. Berger served as Executive Director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, where he was responsible for directing New York's and New Jersey's airports, port facilities, tunnels, bridges, commuter trains and real estate investments. Mr. Berger's has also served as the Chairman of the New York State Commission on Health Care Facilities in the 21st Century since 2005. Mr. Berger graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University. He also attended the University of Chicago on a fellowship to the Department of Political Science.

Anthony Galioto Anthony Galioto is President and Chief Executive Officer of York Insurance Services Group Inc. and its subsidiaries, as well as a member of York's board of directors. Mr. Galioto has close to 30 years of insurance management experience both in brokerage and underwriting. He has held various management positions in Bogota, Boston, New York, Paris and London and has headed various divisions including domestic and international accident and health, claims services and insurance services. Mr. Galioto is a graduate of Seton Hall University.

Jeffrey McKibben A Managing Principal at Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC., Mr. McKibben has served on York’s Board since 2006. Prior to joining Odyssey Investment, Mr. McKibben was an associate with Saugatuck Capital, where he was actively involved in sourcing, executing and monitoring private equity investments in middle-market companies. Prior to Saugatuck, he was an associate with Marakon Associates, a strategic consulting firm where he led client teams to develop profit improvement strategies for business units of Fortune 500 companies. He received a BS in Economics form the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Doug Rotatori Mr. Rotatori, a Managing Principal at Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC., has served on the Board since 2006. Mr. Rotatori also serves on the Board of Dayton Superior Corporation. Prior to joining Odyssey, Mr. Rotatori was a partner at Wellspring Capital Management LLC, a New York-based private equity investment firm where he was responsible for a variety of acquisitions and financing transactions. Before that, Mr. Rotatori was at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. where he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance groups and focused primarily on the general industrial and business and financial services sectors. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Rotatori was a senior consultant in the Andersen Consulting Group of Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Rotatori is a graduate of Bucknell University and received his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
