York maintains an environmental division specializing in auditing and monitoring the clean-up process involving discharges from
underground storage tanks (UST). Since 1994 we have conducted financial audits, inspected sites and adjusted more than 6,000 UST claims.
Our staff of insurance professionals, scientists and inspectors has extensive experience in dealing with governmental and environmental
industries. Through our efforts, in conjunction with regulatory agencies, we are making an impact on achieving a clean
environment at reasonable costs.
We work in conjunction with insurers and state regulators to inspect, adjust and administer claims resulting from petroleum discharge and
other environmental clean-up incidents. Our staff of scientists and environmental adjusters, along with other specialists, monitors
clean-up projects, audits bills, applies insurance coverages and state fund provisions and assures appropriate payment on all claims.
